The City of Calgary is set to begin its annual residential street sweeping on Monday, April 15, urging residents to help by relocating their vehicles. Enforcement will be supported by Calgary Parking's camera-equipped cars and officers ensuring proper signage. The program operates with a $7 million budget, covering more than 16,000 lane kilometres of road, including major roads swept overnight.
